A Single platform for Guest & Host.
Upon your successful signup as Guest or Host, you will enter in to your own dashboard where all your activity will be stored & visible to you. This dashboard is all in one platform where you can do all your booking & listing activity at single place.
In dashboard page you will see Account summery, next booking, account history, bookings last 30 days, your most visited & booked listing etc.
In my profile you have to fill all your personal details include name, phone, email, social contact, few words about you, your website if any, also have an option to input your account details to receive your payout. You can upload your photo as well as need to upload your ID for verification purpose. Kindly note, any govt. issued Id like passport is must to upload for verification purpose. Your listing if any, will not be active until we verify your identity. you may upload document in pdf, jpg, jpeg format min file size 550 px.
ID document & account details will be hidden rest all info will be publicly visible.
You need to verify your mobile number for verification & onward notification purpose.
Kindly note, your property listing if any will not be active until your mobile number gets verified with one time 4 digit verification code you will receive on your preferred number & also needs to upload your Id for host validity purpose.

Kindly do needful upon your signup is successful.
You can see all your listed properties here. You can edit, delete, disable any of your listing here. You can search your specific listing in search option.
This section is most important for host who are ready to submit their property listing.
Options are description, price images, details, location, amenities & calendar.
You have to write description of your property. Kindly do not go beyond 100 letters that more impressive for guest. Do not write your contact details in description as you can provide your contact in property detail section.
Extra Options
Add in booking form other options. You can select Option Name, Option Value (fixed number) and Option Calculation (fixed fee, by night, by guest or by night and guest)
Custom Prices for specific Periods
Price adjustments for a certain period are done from the same window.
To set custom price click the beginning date and end date (2 clicks) (updated with more options in 1.20)
Custom Period Price Options
The custom price set will overwrite the main price, price for 7+ days/hours and for 30+ days./hours Once you have set custom price as explained above, this will be the price that will apply regardless of the number of booked days !
Price adjustments for a certain period are done from the calendar, for specific days / months. You have to repeat this process for every period.
To set custom price, find in the calendar the month for which you wish to add different prices. Click the beginning date and end date (2 clicks)
A modal will show with the fields to set different prices, different minim days, different turn-over days. Add your new values here
Custom price table can be deleted from the same settings area
The custom price table will show on the listing page only for the future periods. Past periods will not show (they are removed automatically).
You can see here external booking, Internal booking, free dates.
The calendar will not be displayed correctly on resolution lower than 1200px (because of lack of space). Please do not use this feature on mobile devices.

Here you can see all booking request you received. You can accept or reject booking, issue invoice, delete invoice, send reminder email to guest, contact to client, status etc.

You can see here actual reviews of your listed property. Guest given feedback and you can reply to them here.
The Post Review button is available to renter the day following the reservation end date. Each user can add 1 review for each listing from MY RESERVATIONS.
Reviews will be published instantly.
Refresh the page to see the published review.
Reviews show on the Property Page and on the Owner page
How to manage reviews as OWNER?
Owner can see all reviews received in MY REVIEWS page.
Owner can send 1 reply to each review from My Reviews.
There is an email notification for owner when a new review is added and email notification for user when owner replies review. Each notification is managed from Email Management.
This system messaging platform is for the purpose to send & receive message between both Host & Guest. Guest can send pre & post booking messages to Host and host can reply to them here. This messaging platform is for to make an easy process of booking.
